DO YOU KNOW WHAT
THE FRIENDS OF STORRS LIBRARY DO?
FOSL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Library's services by raising funds and increasing awareness of the Richard Salter Storrs Library.
Funds are raised through membership dues; the annual book sale; donations; and merchandise sales, including the Book Nook, where you can purchase coffee or tea and used books year-round .
For more than 25 years, FOSL has been a vital part of Longmeadow's library-loving community.
FOSL has given more than $190,000 to Storrs Library, including annual contributions of $10,000
over the past 4 years. These gifts represent amazing community support of our fundraising efforts, particularly from the Friends members and from the Storrs Library Fiber Arts Group,
which has donated the proceeds of its merchandise sales for several years.
